The INCLUDiO personnel concept: inclusive and diverse

With the INCLUDiO, the Johanniter operate the first completely accessible hotel in Regensburg. People with mobility impairments can book rooms (84 double rooms, 18 of which are wheelchair-accessible) or conference rooms (4) for private trips or business meetings. The restaurant with seasonal cuisine, the winter garden and sun terrace, the lobby bar, and the small vitality area with a gym contribute to the quality of stay.

Receptionist (m/f/d) in full-time

Brief description of your tasks:

You are the first point of contact for guests
You organize the smooth check-in and check-out of our guests
Acceptance and entry of reservations
Invoicing
Responsibility for the cash register
Communication with other departments
Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the workplace

A completed training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) is an advantage when applying. More important, however, is an independent, organized way of working, German and English in spoken and written form, very good manners and reliability. Interested?
