Our Future
The concept of our Hotel INCLUDiO combines inclusion and mindful interaction with the environment. We want to preserve a world worth living in for future generations. All employees, suppliers, and guests of our hotel contribute to this.
As hosts, we are aware of the particular responsibility for sustainable actions with regard to economic, ecological, and social aspects. Hotel INCLUDiO can already look back on many implemented measures. We would like to achieve further sustainability goals with all participants.
Our energy concept is impressive: solar power in summer and regional district heating for heating and hot water. In our hotel, energy becomes a valuable commodity: we save water in the sanitary area with aerators, and we use energy-efficient cooking appliances in the kitchen. As a hotel, we would also like to avoid waste. Wherever possible, we avoid portion packs and disposable products. Another plus: our drinking water system replaces the CO2-intensive use of bottled mineral water.
Resource orientation runs like a common thread through all our areas. We love diversity and participation for all and can simultaneously show that sustainable action has a positive effect on the operating result. Our strategic cost management and resource-saving measures (e.g. saving paper, transport costs) contribute to this. We are supported by our certified regional cooperation partners.
Mutual respect is very important to us; it is the key to equal opportunities. We take responsibility for our employees and enable people with disabilities to live a self-determined life. We secure important jobs in the region and strengthen regional suppliers. But – what would we be without our guests? With our service, we offer relaxation and want to achieve satisfaction. Regular surveys support us in this.
