Questions about the rooms

Are there rooms with connecting doors?

There are a total of 6 rooms with connecting doors. The door is located between a wheelchair-accessible „Comfort Plus” room and a barrier-free „Comfort A/B” room.

Are there wheelchair-accessible family rooms?

There are a total of 3 family rooms, which are not wheelchair-accessible. However, there is the option of reserving 2 rooms with a connecting door. One of these rooms is wheelchair-accessible, the other is not.

Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

For reasons of sustainability, there are no refrigerators in the rooms. We will be happy to provide a loan refrigerator free of charge for the duration of your stay. Further cooling options are available at reception.

Are there rooms with extra beds?

There are 3 barrier-free rooms that are equipped with a wide armchair that can be unfolded into a bed. There are also 3 mobile extra beds available.

Are there baby cots?

We are happy to provide baby cots free of charge. In addition, a diaper pail, a toilet seat cover for children and a children’s high chair are also available on request.

Questions about the service

Which means of payment are accepted?

Invoices can be paid in our house as follows:

  • Advance payment by bank transfer
  • cash on departure or by EC card or credit card

We accept the following cards: Visa, American Express, Eurocard, EC card, debit card.

Does the restaurant offer room service?

Yes, all dishes on the menu can also be ordered to the room for a service fee of €3 during restaurant opening hours. This also applies to our breakfast.

Does the hotel offer a luggage service?

There is a luggage trolley at the reception. If you need help with your luggage, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Other questions

What kind of sauna is there?

There is a bio sauna with a temperature of 45 degrees and a Finnish sauna with a temperature of 90 degrees.

Can guests from outside also visit the restaurant?

Of course, our restaurant is also available to guests who are not staying at the hotel. For better planning, we ask for a prior reservation.

Is there a hotel bar?

Our lobby bar is located on the ground floor and is open for you from Monday to Saturday from 12:00–23:00.

Does the house have smoke detectors?

Yes, the whole hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and connected directly to the fire department via a fire alarm system.
