At the heart of the inclusion hotel are our employees, who contribute to the concept of lived inclusion every day. For us, this also includes equal opportunities: Over 40% of our employees are people with disabilities. They earn the same as employees without disabilities for the same work. Compared to other hotels, this results in higher personnel costs for us. Over the year, this creates a deficit of around €200,000 for us.
