Hotel INCLUDiO is located in the Burgweinting district of Regensburg – quiet yet close to the historic center with its cathedral, Stone Bridge, and Old Town Hall. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Lines 7 and 11 will take you to us in the fastest way. The barrier-free train stop is approx. 600 m away, and the connection to the A3 motorway is only 2 km away.
Our hotel is the ideal starting point for your activities – whether for business or pleasure.
Rooms are available from 3 PM, and we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 AM on the day of departure. Even if you arrive late in the evening, that’s no problem. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

From Burgweinting: Follow Obertraublinger Straße to the roundabout and take the third exit. The hotel is on the right-hand side.

The nearest Burgweinting train station is approx. 600 m away. The Hermann-Höcherl-Straße bus stop is opposite the hotel.

The hotel’s own underground car park offers 31 parking spaces, 4 of which are wheelchair-accessible. The underground car park is secured with a gate. There are a further 18 parking spaces in front of the hotel, 3 of which are wheelchair-accessible, and a charging station for electric cars. The maximum capacity is 11 kW with a charging time of 5 hours and is charged at €20. For cycling holidaymakers, there is a locked bicycle room with sockets for charging e‑bikes.
We would be happy to reserve a guaranteed parking space for you in our parking spaces at the hotel or in the underground car park. The fee is €10 per night. Exception: Parking spaces for wheelchair users are reserved free of charge.
