Inclusion & Accessibility

Living Diversity
in the hotel for everyone

For us, people are the focus. For the barrier-free Hotel INCLUDiO in Regensburg, this is not just a figure of speech, but a daily mission. In the first inclusion hotel in the city of Regensburg, guests and employees meet as equals. Everyone is welcome, whether with or without disabilities. We love and live diversity, and we think it’s normal to be different.

This is what inclusion means to us:

  • At least 40% of our employees are people with disabilities.
  • We enable our employees with disabilities to live a self-determined life, earn their own income and gain social recognition.
  • Everyone contributes to the team’s success according to their individual capabilities.
  • In our completely barrier-free building, we promote respectful interaction between people with and without disabilities – this applies to guests and employees alike.
  • As a member of the embrace Hotels, we clearly commit to their motto: „Welcome as a guest, wanted as a human being.”

This is what accessibility means to us:

Our Hotel INCLUDiO in Regensburg has been tested according to the criteria of the nationwide „Travel for All” label. You can find more information in the short report on accessibility. We would be happy to send you detailed reports on request.
