- Beef consommé with semolina dumplings and root vegetables

French duck breast with fig jus, almond savoy cabbage and raspberry gel

Gnocchi with chestnut-sherry cream, melted tomatoes and fried arugula - Quark dumplings with cinnamon-crumb butter and marinated berries
